The absurd Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Alejandro Mayorkas, who is nothing short of pro-open borders, has drastically endangered the nation since he began his tenure in the Biden administration.
After all, not only is Mayorkas endangering the nation through empowering Mexican cartels, but he is also directly contributing to the rise in the delta variant, given how many COVIDE-positive migrants can illegally stream over the border.
Americans, however, must produce a negative COVID test certificate to re-enter the United States.
Even if they are vaccinated.
Some European nations are letting Americans in with no negative COVID test, provided that they are fully vaccinated, so it is rather blatantly obvious what the Biden administration’s values really are. Including brazenly biased values.
For this reason, Rep. Andy Biggs, in the spirit of Trump, has followed through on his promise, and he has introduced formal Articles of Impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas.

Awesome! Especially since Biggs’s move is exactly aligned with what other individuals under the Trump administration have been saying, including the following: Ken Cuccinelli, who served as DHS secretary; Mark Morgan, who served as the acting Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner; and Tom Homan, who served as the acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director Tom Homan.
Collectively, they have openly assailed Mayorkas’s absurdity.
“Mayorkas has shown that he is the wrong person to lead the Department of Homeland Security. Rather than providing the support and tools his agencies need to execute their fundamental missions, he has created an unmitigated crisis where both immigration enforcement and border security are almost non-existent.” [Source: Fox News]
“Almost non-existent” is almost too generous. Remove the “almost” and then the statement is perfect, though they perhaps had to add in “almost” to avoid being banned by a number of platforms and government agencies, especially since Rand Paul was just suspended from YouTube again.
Nonetheless, tech companies can’t block the following (at least, not yet), given that it outlines exactly why Mayorkas is being subjected to impeachment. Namely his reckless endangerment of the nation.
“Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, in his conduct while Secretary of Homeland Security, engaged in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with his duties as an Officer of the United States … Secretary Mayorkas took an oath to defend and secure our country and uphold the Constitution when he was sworn in as Secretary of Homeland Security on February 2, 2021 …
Secretary Mayorkas has failed to faithfully uphold his oath and has instead presided over a reckless abandonment of border security and immigration enforcement, at the expense of the Constitution and the security of the United States.” [Source: Scribd]
“Reckless abandonment” is an excellent phrase to use, one that also mirrors the Biden administration’s coddling of BLM and Antifa thugs.
Trump, on the other hand, operated in the exact opposite manner, leading to the most secure border in decades.
Biggs also called out the fact that illegal border crossers not only bring crime, but massive doses of COVID.
“Under his direction, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is systematically releasing COVID-19 positive aliens into our communities, subjecting the American people to unnecessary and avoidable risks” [Source: Newsmax]
And Democrats have the nerve to lecture Americans on masks, including Biden and Harris, who Biggs also does not let off the hook in separate commentary.
“Certainly Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have a substantial amount of blame with this, they’re the ones who campaigned on this, but Mayorkas has not pushed back at all … So he is the guy who is responsible for the border security and national security and it is a disaster down there.” [Source: Fox News]
Of course they have a “substantial amount” of culpability.
After all, neither can even bother to visit the border, with Harris only going after Trump went. And of course she went to the “safest” areas, rather than the dangerous ones that are a direct result of her own machinations.
One can only hope Biggs’s efforts lead to fruition … especially given the grave challenges facing the United States today as a result of an utterly insane “immigration” policy.
