Remember when Trump revealed that the Obama administration had been engaged in rather brazen abuse of the US intelligence community, mainly by using their surveillance capabilities to spy on the Trump campaign?
Of course, Obama and Co. undoubtedly deny this brazen spying, in spite of the fact that evidence exists for the Obama administration’s surveillance of at least one Trump official, Paul Manafort.
Now, it looks like Biden is following right in Obama’s footsteps by engaging in his own abuse of the US intelligence community, this time using its surveillance capabilities to spy on none other than Tucker Carlson.
Clearly, Carlson is making the bumbling Biden administration rather edgy, especially since the supposedly democratically elected leader of the supposed “free world” has apparently decided that spying on political commentators is a good idea.
Carlson revealed this discovery directly to the public, which came about after the Carlson team was directly contacted by a whistleblower within the US intel community.
“Yesterday we heard from a whistleblower … who reached out to warn us that the NSA, the National Security Agency, is monitoring our electronic communications and is planning to leak them in an attempt to take this show off the air …
The whistleblower, who is in a position to know, repeated back to us information about a story that we are working on that could have only come directly from my texts and emails. There’s no other possible source for that information, period.”[Source: The Daily Wire]
Well, that’s highly disturbing.
First off, how is such spying “unity” on any remote level? Secondly, if anyone dares to say anything remotely critical, however justified, about Biden, Kamala, or Obama, are they apparently subjected to relentless surveillance from their own nation’s intelligence communities?
You know, the same communities that are generally thought of as protecting Americans, rather than pursuing Americans in some massive, anti-conservative surveillance project?
Carlson also points out exactly which agency captured the sensitive information from his private electronic correspondence, the good old NSA, which has now been caught in more than one sticky circumstance.
“The NSA captured that information without our knowledge and did it for political reasons … The Biden administration is spying on us. We have confirmed that. This morning we filed a FOIA request — Freedom of Information Act request — asking for all information that the NSA and other agencies have gathered about this show. We did it mostly as a formality. We’ve also contacted the press office of both NSA and the FBI.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
One can only imagine what the FOIA request may reveal, and one can only hope that Carlson will actually be able to receive real information, given the puppets running the United States now.
However, while Biden is clearly a puppet, he remains remarkably dangerous in his utter complicity with mass surveillance of political opponents.
In fact, such behavior is right in line with the types of political behaviors exercised by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), which Hunter Biden appears to be intimately familiar with through his various “business activities,” including a significant stake in a suspect Chinese equity company that has yet to be unwound.
What was the real price of such a stake, the destruction of American values alongside Hunter’s shamelessly rising bank accounts?
For that matter, how on earth can the Biden administration have any remote justification for spying on political opponents, unless of course the administration is leading the nation straight down the path to communism?
After all, from the nonstop emphasis on “critical race theory” (otherwise known as critically anti-American sentiment) in public schools to the constant “cancellation” of anyone remotely conservative, who’s to say that the US intel community hasn’t been secretly tasked with monitoring the correspondence of all remotely conservative Americans?
It is these types of considerations that motivate the commentary of representatives such as Ken Buck (R-CO), who makes it very clear what should happen with an administration openly spying on its citizens.
“If true, this is a massive violation against our civil liberties. The NSA must respond to Congress immediately.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
Unfortunately, Congress is currently filled with incompetent talking heads who are more fixated on a mythical Green Deal than the very real threat of a federal government addicted to overreach.
One can only hope that things change significantly in the 2022 midterm elections.
