After a blitz of executive orders in which Biden promised everything plus the kitchen sink to illegal migrants, someone apparently reminded Biden that tax revenues are a bit necessary to fund all the Democrats’ little pet projects.
Unfortunately for Americans (not to mention Canadians), Biden had already killed who knows how many jobs with his virtue signaling cancellation of the Keystone XL pipeline. Needless to say, this cancellation took who knows how many possible tax revenues with it, given that hard workers are the ones paying the taxes needed to even keep Democrat insanity afloat.
And, since the Biden administration has been more likely to accuse the governors of reopened states of demonstrating “Neanderthal thinking” instead of prudence, it is safe to say that Biden has not taken terribly active measures towards reinvigorating the American economy.
On the contrary, Biden has just now taken action that illustrate his continued dedication to destroying the American economy, namely in the form of a $2.25T package that directly assails American businesses—namely by increasing the corporate tax rate from 21 percent to 28 percent, a 33 percent increase in taxes during a rather inopportune time (i.e., the pandemic).
Needless to say, extra tax revenues doled out to the government for them to waste also translates to far fewer higher of American workers, given that funds otherwise allocated to hiring new employees are now being redirected into the coffers of the federal government.
Unsurprisingly, in spite of the fact Biden just approved a $1.9T COVID “relief” plan (in which quite a bit of money went to every purpose but COVID), and is now pushing another massive spending package, the most leftist of leftist representatives are spouting off about Biden’s need to do more.
For instance, AOC promptly weighed in with all the wisdom she never obtained from a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston University, presumably an elite school. At least one advantage of AOC is highlighting the educational ineptitude of the United States’ “elite” universities.
“This is not nearly enough. The important context here is that it’s $2.25T spread out over 10 years … For context, the COVID package was $1.9T for this year *alone,* with some provisions lasting 2 years … Needs to be way bigger.” [Source: Breitbart]
That’s nice, AOC. What would you propose instead? May it have some basis in actual economic reality? Or was university already sufficiently dumbed down by the time you attended? Smart money is on the latter …
Smart money is also on the GOP in terms of spending, especially when considering the sane commentary of Ann Wagner, a GOP Rep from Missouri.
“Why, as this country begins to reopen and recover economically, would the Biden administration be proposing tax policy which would, in the end, hurt the American family and millions of struggling small businesses?” [Source: Breitbart]
Why indeed. Perhaps the quid pro quo Biden clearly owes China?
After all, Trump himself, who knows better than anyone just how murky the swamp gets, has already railed against Biden’s tax plan, calling it out exactly for what it is.
“Joe Biden’s radical plan to implement the largest tax hike in American history is a massive giveaway to China, and many other countries, that will send thousands of factories, millions of jobs, and trillions of dollars to these competitive Nations. The Biden plan will crush American workers and decimate U.S. manufacturing, while giving special tax privileges to outsourcers, foreign and giant multinational corporations.” [Source: News Max]
In other words, Biden’s tax plan is right in line with his executive orders, all of which appear to focus on America Last (particularly on the jobs front).
In fact, Biden’s tax plan makes Hunter Biden’s commentary all the more hilarious, namely when he assailed Trump as “vile man on a vile mission.”
Is that so, Hunter? “Vile” is an awfully strong word … in fact, “vile” is precisely what comes to mind in terms of the fake news media’s perverse protection of your laptop contents. Which, coincidentally, were also vile.
Most troublingly of all, Mr. Hunter would have never had so much power in the first place had he not been “gifted” with the last name of Biden.
Which even Hunter himself admitted in 2019, in response to questions about his position on the Burisma board in the Ukraine (Hunter’s nefarious activities stretch far and wide, that’s for sure).
“I don’t know. I don’t know. Probably not, in retrospect … But that’s—you know—I don’t think that there’s a lot of things that would have happened in my life if my last name wasn’t Biden.” [Source: Breitbart]
“I don’t know,” huh? Fairly high stakes international game you’re playing there, Hunter.
In fact, the “vile mission” remarks about Trump very well may be the ultimate instance of the pot calling the kettle black …
