Remember when Emperor Biden thought he could just unilaterally terminate Trump’s “Remain in Mexico” policy with impunity?
That policy, like many other Trump policies, had illegal migrants remain physically in Mexico, rather than physical inside (COVID-laden) facilities as their applications were being processed.
In other words, this policy would prevent migrants from darting all over the United States or apparently enjoying free air transport to U.S. cities of their choice, not to mention a whole host of other shady practices promulgated by the Biden administration.
Biden, of course, desperate to build up the rapidly declining Democrat base with illegal migrants, dismantled that policy shortly after taking office, though he apparently didn’t count on a little thing like the Supreme Court getting in his way.
Hilariously, Biden’s belief he could just do whatever he wanted, with zero checks and balances, was proven to be blatantly inaccurate by a recent Supreme Court ruling, which handed triumphant Trump a major win over bumbling Biden.
On top of that, the Supreme Court essentially referred to the Biden administration as “capricious” and “arbitrary” in its official ruling.
“The application for a stay presented to Justice Alito and by him referred to the Court is denied … The applicants have failed to show a likelihood of success on the claim that the memorandum rescinding the Migrant Protection Protocols was not arbitrary and capricious. Our order denying the Government’s request for a stay of the District Court injunction should not be read as affecting the construction of that injunction by the Court of Appeals.” [Source: Breitbart]
Even when out of office entirely, Trump still achieves more than Biden.
In addition to his triumph in the Supreme Court, Trump is also thrilled that one of his closest friends is making a run for the Georgia Senate.
NFL Legend Hershel Walker, who has long spoke in favor of Trump, given that the two men began a friendship nearly four decades ago, in 1984. Trump has long encouraged Walker to run for Senate, and Walker just issued a formal announcement that he would run in the 2022 elections.
Much to the delight of Trump, who immediately endorsed him.
“Wouldn’t it be great if the legendary Herschel Walker ran for the United States Senate in Georgia? … He would be unstoppable, just like he was when he played for the Georgia Bulldogs, and in the NFL. He is also a GREAT person. Run, Herschel, Run!” [Source: Fox News]
Clearly, Trump is on a roll, and he’s even decided to throw in a rather timely dagger at social media companies, given their rather brazen behavior in light of the international crises … in that the Taliban have a mega-microphone on American social media platforms.
Trump has filed a preliminary injunction against YouTube over its detestable practices, and he did so in conjunction with the America First Policy Institute (AFPI), which was founded by previous members of his administration.
The organization’s executive director, Katie Sullivan, pointed out a rather obvious justification that Trump has in filing his suit, considering the following:
“[YouTube and other platforms have] inconsistently applied their terms and services and their community standards … President Trump being taken down and the Taliban staying up on Twitter is kind of a perfect example.” [Source: Newsmax]

Pam Bondi, who served as the former Attorney General of Florida, as well as one of Trump’s defense lawyers, also observed that the hate spewed by the Taliban is allowed to prevail across multiple social media platforms.
Which is even more despicable considering the routine suspensions faced by Rand Paul, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and other conservatives, not to mention the total ban of Trump … not to mention the gradual erosion of American liberty.
“For the last few years Americans’ freedom of speech has been slowly eroding due to the actions of big tech companies who have been simultaneously giving the Taliban a platform to spread the truest forms of hate and evil that exist.” [Source: Newsmax]
Unsurprisingly, Twitter continues to ban Trump while permitting the Taliban to speak as freely (and hatefully) as they’d like.
It will be interesting to see which direction these social media platforms head …
What will be even more interesting is 2024, given that multiple millions tuned into Trump’s most recent rally …
