Well, well, well. Looks like a “co-founder” of BLM (what an accolade) has been busted squandering funding and donations on none other than … herself.
Patrisse Khan-Cullors, a presumed “socialist” who cares about “racial justice” appears to care a bit more about her personal real estate profile, judging from the recent millions (yes, millions) that she’s blown on overpriced housing in leftist land Los Angeles.
For instance, one such property can be found in Topanga Canyon, and, even more hilariously, it was purchased by “a corporate entity” … that happens to be controlled by ultra-loud Khan-Cullors.
“A secluded mini-compound tucked into L.A.’s rustic and semi-remote Topanga Canyon was recently sold for a tad more than $1.4 million to a corporate entity that public records show is controlled by Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37-year-old social justice visionary and co-founder of the galvanizing and, for some, controversial Black Lives Matter movement.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
“A secluded mini-compound.” Wow. How … social. Is Khan-Cullors planning to host BLM organizational events there … or, more likely than not, hobnob with her “privileged” white neighbors, otherwise known as the people she all but claims to hate?
Hilariously, the location of Khan-Cullors’ $1.4 million home is apparently in an area of Los Angeles wherein the population is apparently under 2 percent black. Perhaps Khan-Cullors can powwow with all the other ultra-elitist, ultra-out of touch Hollywood leftists, or just out of touch elitists, which are a dime a dozen in fantasyland.
They can all collectively pat themselves on the back for doing nothing.
And, speaking of Hollywood celebrities, Ms. Khan-Cullors is apparently setting her real estate expenditure sites even higher, namely high-end locales in the Bahamas, which feature the likes of Tiger Woods for potential neighbors.
“Patrisse Khan-Cullors, 37, also eyed property in the Bahamas at an ultra-exclusive resort where Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods both have homes, The Post has learned. Luxury apartments and townhouses at the beachfront Albany resort outside Nassau are priced between $5 million and $20 million, according to a local agent.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
By all means, Khan-Cullors, it would make sense to start effectively looting real estate (From donations that fund the other violent looting across leftist cities), given that the entire organization is based on fear and money.
Thus far, Khan-Cullors’ personal real estate expenditures include four “high end homes” in the United States alone, totaling at least $3.2M in personal real estate expenditures.
And, courtesy of Khan-Cullors’ rather brazen expenditures on herself, she has managed to catch flack within the BLM organization itself, assuming that the ones speaking out are sincere, of course.
Hank Newsome, who is the head of Black Lives Matter Greater New York City, appears decidedly displeased with Khan-Cullors’ rather self-indulgent spending, which he claims will detract from the BLM “message.”
“If you go around calling yourself a socialist, you have to ask how much of her own personal money is going to charitable causes … It’s really sad because it makes people doubt the validity of the movement and overlook the fact that it’s the people that carry this movement.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
While Newsome has a point, he may also want to bear in mind that people tend to “doubt the validity” of any movement that prefers the use of arson, shootings, stabbings, robberies, and even straight up murder, especially regarding law enforcement officers, on more than one occasion.
However, one certainly cannot deny that Khan-Cullors’ behavior is frankly just a more expensive form of looting done in a more discrete manner. In her case, she simply looted donations and whatever other sources of funds exist for a movement that thrives on violence and destruction.
Which is likely why Newsome is also presumably calling for “an independent investigation” into Khan-Cullors’ rather brazen spending on herself, taking full advantage of snowflake guilt donations of course.
Perhaps Khan-Cullors and Clinton had a cocktail or 100 together at some point in time, given the impressive similarities that have arisen between the so-called Clinton Foundation and the violent, America-hating BLM “organization.”
One can only hope the fake news media will deign to cover this narrative, but it is not recommended to hold one’s breath waiting for it …
