While the media continues to drum the beat of the same, predictable mantra of “no widespread election fraud,” Trump’s legal efforts have revealed just the opposite over the past few days.
In addition, while the media and celebrities are roundly mocking Trump’s attempts to ensure a fair, free election, his legal efforts have not been in vain. On the contrary, an appellate court in Pennsylvania just handed him a win.
Predictably, this court ruling focused on a common issue plaguing more than one key state: appropriate voter identification. As inconvenient as this concept is to Democrats, photo verification is a rather critical component of assuring election integrity.
For that reason, at least one court in Pennsylvania ruled in favor of the law, instead of in favor of the tyrannical media.
“A Pennsylvania appellate court handed President Donald Trump’s campaign a minor victory Thursday, barring counties from including in their final vote tallies a small pool of mail ballots from people who had failed to provide required ID by a Monday deadline.
In a two-page order, a Commonwealth Court judge struck down a decision by the Wolf administration to give voters more time, post-election, to fulfill the ID requirement.
Though state law only requires first-time voters to show ID at the polls, all voters who applied to vote by mail had to be validated [sic] their identification against state records by Nov. 9.” [Source: Breitbart]
Failed to provide required ID. Interesting.
One might wonder why Pennsylvania residents had all the way until November 9 to validate their identification against state records, especially since Pennsylvania was apparently called for Biden before November 9.
Regardless, this ruling rendered these ballots ineligible to be part of Pennsylvania’s final vote tally, representing a victory for American Patriots in a sea of leftist schadenfreude.
While the number of ballots in this particular pool will not be enough to overtake Biden’s “lead,” they are significant enough for the GOP to use in its potential Supreme Court battle with Pennsylvania.
Plus, the ruling directly called out the Pennsylvania Secretary of State, who has long espoused anti-Trump views.
“[T]he Court concludes that Respondent Kathy Boockvar, in her official capacity as Secretary of the Commonwealth, lacked statutory authority to issue the November 1, 2020, guidance to Respondents County Boards of Elections insofar as that guidance purported to change the deadline … for certain electors to verify proof of identification.” [Source: Fox News]
In other words, Ms. Boockvar utilized more power than she had in her position, and she was able to do so until Trump launched a justified legal effort against her antics.
That example is just one of many that have emerged regarding election irregularities on a scale seen like never before, which is precisely why it is so critical for justice to have its day in court, rather than the media. Though these irregularities are par for the course of an authoritarian-minded leader.
Biden has all but assumed power in his own mind, which would certainly explain his attempts to govern before the election has even been certified. It would also certainly explain his growing demands for GOP concessions. Ironically, Biden himself previously stressed he would not accept the election results until they had been certified.
All of the sudden, he’s changed his tune. Was the “waiting until they ballots had been certified plan” one of the many plans Democrats had in store, just in case the blatant theft and disruption of ballots did not work out favorably for Biden?
Plus, Biden’s former partner in crime, Obama, has increasingly vocalized his frustration with Trump’s efforts to assure election integrity, ramping up his public appearances as he continues ranting about Trump.
In a recent 60 Minutes interview, Obama continued to whine about Trump supposedly undermining democracy, all while insisting that no fraud whatsoever has taken place.
“I’m more troubled by the fact that other Republican officials, who clearly know better are going along with this, are humoring him in this fashion. It is one more step in delegitimizing, not just the incoming Biden administration, but democracy generally, and that’s a dangerous path.” [Source: Breitbart]
Interesting take, Obama. So is the appellate court in Pennsylvania also just “humoring” Trump with its ruling in favor of the GOP?
The more likely scenario is that the media is “humoring” Biden about being the official President-elect, though they unfortunately do a bit more than humoring: They engage in open aiding and abetting of the election integrity of the United States.
Trump’s victory in Pennsylvania hopefully represents just one of many victories coming in the future, which will unilaterally reveal the truth about open interference in America’s future.
