In light of the horrific terrorist attacks that struck the international airport in Kabul, which have claimed the lives of at least 12 Americans, calls for Biden’s resignation or impeachment have reached a crescendo pitch.
Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO), who has long supported Trump, opposed big tech, and loved the United States, has renewed his calls for Biden’s resignation in the wake of the horrific attacks that have engulfed Kabul airport.
“To say that today’s loss of American lives in Kabul is sickening does not begin to do justice to what has happened. It is enraging. And Joe Biden is responsible. It is now clear beyond all doubt that he has neither the capacity nor the will to lead. He must resign.” [Source: Fox News]
Biden should have never taken office in the first place, and he should have also been checked much more thoroughly for all kinds of devices prior to any debate that he had with Trump in 2020, though Trump would have held his own regardless.
In addition, Biden should have never chosen such a joke of a VP, who has apparently decided that running off to Singapore is a great way to deal with an international crisis in the Middle East.
Other representatives have chimed in alongside Hawley, especially in the wake of a the terrorist attack that senselessly claimed Americans’ lives, including Representative Bryon Donalds (R-FL).
“This botched withdrawal is currently threatening the lives of our servicemen and women, the stability in the region, and our integrity on the global stage …
As Commander-in-Chief, [Joe] Biden is directly responsible for commanding our brave troops with a coherent, strategically intelligent, and sound operation that keeps our Armed Services, citizens, and allied partners out of harm’s way. He has failed on all fronts.” [Source: Breitbart]
Allied partners are justifiably incensed, which is precisely why the British Parliament recently voted to hold Biden in contempt.
Moreover, since Biden continues to remain in office despite overseeing the worst debacle NATO has ever witnessed, one would certainly wonder why Biden isn’t facing harsher calls for resignation from his own constituents, considering that Trump apparently had to face impeachment over a phone call.
Representative Ronny Jackson (R-TX), for instance, a physician who has long called into question Biden’s mental capacities, deftly pointed out the blatant hypocrisy between Impeachment 1.0 for Trump and apparently nothing for Biden … yet.
“If President Trump can be impeached over a phone call, then the time has come to IMPEACH Biden for gross negligence in Afghanistan … Americans deserve better. We deserve better than someone who willfully IGNORES the WORST crisis in decades.” [Source: Fox News]
Americans also deserve a president who does not literally turn his back on reporters when they ask questions about Afghanistan.
In fact, given Biden’s infamous, and callous “that was four or five days ago” comment in response to individuals falling from U.S. planes, one is not only starting to wonder about Biden’s ability to think, but also about his ability to even feel a thing.
After all, people are literally suffering, dying, and facing complete, abject terror while the leader of the free world … pushes multitrillion dollar, partisan spending packages?
While the Taliban gallivants about with taxpayer-funded U.S. military equipment, using it to terrorize the very people that the United States pledged to protect, Biden continues to not only dodge the media, but also numerous allies that have no idea what to do with this new and unimproved America under Biden’s rule.
In fact, had Trump been in charge now instead of Biden, a very different type of withdrawal would have unfolded, as detailed by Trump himself.
“I would have gotten all Americans out. I would have gotten all of the people that helped us out that were in danger, if they were good people …
I would have bombed all of the bases, because I don’t want to give those bases to Russia, China, or even the Taliban …I would have bombed every base. I would have evacuated them. Even Mitch McConnell agrees with Trump, much to Trump’s “surprise.”
One thing is for sure … The entire world is a lot less safe with Biden “in charge.”
