Democrats Torn Apart At The Seams As Leftists Hold Moderates Hostage

Looks like Pelosi has her hands full.

For starters, she promised centrist Democrats that the chamber would pass the $1.2T infrastructure package by Thursday. It’s safe to say that didn’t happen.

Why?

Well, apparently Biden decided it was a great idea to kowtow to the far-left caucus, who have openly insisted they will not vote in favor of the infrastructure bill without passing a second, much larger, $3.5T bill that appears to have no purpose, aside from the start of a communist takeover.

In other words, Biden is holding infrastructure hostage until the Dems get their trillions to spend on a variety of nefarious activities.

Which a moderate Democrat Senator, Kyrsten Sinema of Arizona, has already weighed in on.

“My vote belongs to Arizona, and I do not trade my vote for political favors — I vote based only on what is best for my state and the country … I have never, and would never, agree to any bargain that would hold one piece of legislation hostage to another.” [Source: Fox News]

Too bad Biden doesn’t see it that way, especially when looking at his “feedback” on the linked bills.

“I’m telling you, we’re going to get this done … It doesn’t matter when. It doesn’t matter whether it’s in six minutes, six days or six weeks, we’re going to get it done.” [Source: CNBC]

So, in other words, Biden openly sided with the likes of Bernie Sanders and “The Squad,” rather that moderate Democrats that pose vastly less danger to the nation than far-left extremists.

And what a danger they pose.

Just consider Bernie Sanders’s take on “compromise.”

“The $6 trillion that I originally proposed was probably too little. Three and a half trillion should be a minimum. But I accept that there’s going to have to be give and take …

Poll after poll shows what we are doing is exactly what the American people wants. It’s not what the big money interest wants, not what the lobbyist wants. It’s what the American people want.” [Source: Fox News]

Really, Bernie? How generous of you, to agree to a “minimum” of $3.5T, which Senator Manchin has openly blasted as “fiscal insanity.”

It seems more that poll after poll strongly disapproves of Biden, and perhaps Congress even more so.

It’s also safe to say that Representative Ted Budd (R-NC) has a clue regarding what Americans really want.

“Most Americans really want true roads and bridges and I would add to that, rural broad band especially when so many had to work from home during COVID, but this is not real infrastructure. This is only 10% of the 1.2 trillion, about 110 billion dollars in real roads and bridges, and this is 1.2 trillion, so why call it infrastructure when 90% of it is not actual roads and bridges?” [Source: Breitbart]

Precisely. And the likes of Sanders has the gall to claim $3.5T is a compromise.

Needless to say, Budd represents a troubling pattern, which is essentially a hostile takeover of American lives by the government.

“Well, what we are seeing is the socialists are really showing Nancy Pelosi, who is boss. I mean, they are acutely arguing right now about how much of the government they want to run America’s lives … This has nothing to do with real infrastructure …

[The infrastructure bill] ever even came to a vote thus making Nancy Pelosi fail to keep her promise to the moderates. She didn’t even keep her promise to them, So, I mean, this is just total disarray. I was talking with Democrats in the elevator yesterday in Washington, and they were ashen. I mean, they were stunned at Joe Biden coming in there and taking their own bill.” [Source: Breitbart]

Exactly.

Looks like Biden blew off checks and balances once again, though rules never seem to apply to fascist leftists …
