Elon Musk Fights For Freedom

Note to the Biden administration: When picking on a prominent anti-authoritarian individual, make sure said individual is not infinitely smarter than anyone in a public position in the federal government.

Too bad the Biden administration appeared to not get that note, judging from its continued attacks on SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk, which happened to coincide with Musk calling out total nonsense when he sees it.

The Biden administration’s preferred weapon of choice is the SEC, this agency has the most power over Musk, at least in terms of his companies’ continued functionality.

After a series of effective political attacks on Musk’s companies, including the predictable accusations of racism, Musk himself has finally taken action via his attorney, Alex Spiro, who declared that the SEC has engaged in a “pattern of conduct” that has routinely “gone beyond the pale” as far as Musk’s enterprises are concerned.

Spiro pointed out that Musk has already agreed to a huge settlement with the SEC over previous tweets, though the SEC apparently opted to keep the funds for itself rather than distribute the $40M received in a 2018 settlement to shareholders.

“[The SEC] has been devoting its formidable resources to endless, unfounded investigations into Mr. Musk and Tesla,” Spiro continued.

The reality is that all these attacks on Musk seem to be curiously correlated to the fact that Musk has more of a clue than Fauci about science, and the fact that Musk yanked his operations from California and moved to the vastly more business-friendly climate of Texas to keep an actual company running.

Something Biden and Co. would know little about.

What they do know a whole lot about is suffocating free speech, however, as noted by Spiro.

“The SEC seems to be targeting Mr. Musk and Tesla for unrelenting investigation largely because Mr. Musk remains an outspoken critic of the government,” Spiro observed, “the SEC’s outsized efforts seem calculated to chill his exercise of First Amendment rights rather than to enforce generally applicable laws in evenhanded fashion.”

In other words, the SEC is not altogether able to “cancel” Musk, especially since a massive attack on his companies would result in a massive attack in the markets and ultimately impact lifelong public servant Pelosi’s estimated $300M fortune.

Can’t have that!

So, they’d rather “chill” him instead, though such tactics won’t work well with a personality like Musk’s.

After all, Musk is known for being pretty blunt.

At the last Wall Street Journal CEO Summit, he weighed in rather brusquely on Biden’s “Build Back Better” agenda, which thankfully didn’t pass in large part due to Senators Manchin and Sinema.

“I would say can this bill, don’t pass it,” Musk remarked, “that’s my recommendation.”

It is little wonder that Musk is not comfortable with the government spending trillions irresponsibly when he’s invested billions wisely into an actual enterprise that employs and empowers people, rather than render them powerless and dependent in perpetuity.

Musk reaffirmed this position in a December interview with the Wall Street Journal, where he ripped apart the government’s totally and completely wasteful usage of funds.

“It does not make sense to take the job of capital allocation away from people who have demonstrated great skill at capital allocation and give it to an entity that has demonstrated very poor skill in capital allocation, which is the government,” Musk said drolly.

You could say that again.

That said, Biden, who is addicted spending trillions he’s never earned, is likely not too pleased with Musk’s assessment, especially when Musk reveals the real source of corruption.

“The government is simply the biggest corporation, with a monopoly on violence, and where you have no recourse,” Musk added.

“A monopoly on violence.”

Excellent point, considering that none other than sniveling Trudeau is threatening to use the military against his own people, who, like Musk, simply do not want to lose their freedoms.

“Canadian truckers rule,” Musk tweeted, which undoubtedly drew the ire of Biden and Trudeau, the deadly duo.

“Freedom is being stripped away one piece at a time until it is gone,” Musk continued, adding, “if you scare people enough, they will demand removal of freedom. This is the path to tyranny.”

The path to tyranny becomes increasingly difficult to reverse as it deepens, which is precisely why freedom fighters of all backgrounds are united against the elitist globalists aiming for a perpetual pandemic …
