Well, it looks like Ms. Kamala has had a taste of the presidency and she’s in no mood to stop tasting. While she has been a disturbingly active vice-president, especially in contrast to her predecessors, Biden (for now) technically remains the President.
Though in light of Ms. Harris’s foreign policy engagements, it’s starting to look more and more like she is the President of the United States, certainly to other world leaders, anyway.
Considering that she’s engaging in nonstop calls with foreign leaders … without Biden on the line. Needless to say, Trump always handled his own calls and Pence did not even sit in on a foreign leader call during the last twelve months of Trump’s administration.
However, none of that appears to apply in the truly Harris-Biden administration, as Ms. Harris has made (another) call, this time to Erna Solberg, the Prime Minister of Norway.
Fox News reported the contents of the conversation from a readout of the call.
“The Vice President thanked the Prime Minister for Norway’s close security partnership with the United States, and generous contributions to development and health security efforts around the world …
[They] agreed to cooperate bilaterally and multilaterally to advance global health, particularly the well-being of women and girls [and] the need for close coordination on COVID-19, climate change, and the Arctic.” [Source: News Max]
In other words, they sat there and dribbled on and on about leftist fantasies during a time of great upheaval around the world. And can climate change, for once, be shelved until the actual people themselves are taken care of?
For that matter, can it be discussed once the Democrats are finally ready to drop their rather demoralizing use of private jets and other energy-wasting services, including the endless motorcades of enormous gas guzzlers around the swamp.
And, as a result of Harris’s latest call, more than one European involved in politics has noted that Harris’s private dialogues with foreign leaders will lead many to think that Harris very well may be the imminent president. Just consider the commentary from one European ambassador below.
“She will be seen by everyone as a potential president in waiting, much more than in previous presidencies.” [Source: News Max]
Well, that’s wonderful. Exactly the “president” Americans don’t need now.
Too bad Harris has already done this big showing of solo foreign calls more than once, including a call with Macron, another leftist (now extremely unpopular in France) who waxed poetically with Harris as if they were two out of touch Ivy League professors, rather than world “leaders.”
Unfortunately, the rather saccharine press release from Harris’s VP office painted her in the ultimate golden light.
“[They] agreed on the need for close bilateral and multilateral cooperation to address COVID-19, climate change, and support democracy at home and around the world … They also discussed numerous regional challenges, including those in the Middle East and Africa, and the need to confront them together.” [Source: The Daily Wire]
Oh yeah. Harris and Macron taking on the Middle East and Africa. Because they both have such a glorious record in foreign policy. For his part, Macron cannot even resolve an ongoing conflict with the United Kingdom, never mind far more intractable conflicts in other regions of the world.
As for Ms. Harris … zero foreign policy experience. Good times … Which become even “better” after Macron’s gushing tweet to Queen Kamala.
“Glad we had this first talk [VP] Kamala Harris! Let’s move forward together on all the challenges we face: climate, gender equality, regional crises, and our space cooperation with (hopefully) a new step this Thursday with Perseverance’s landing on Mars!” [Source: The Daily Wire]
Let us know how that goes, Macron. Something suggests the Chinese have other ideas, which most decidedly do not include “gender equality.”
Overall, Kamala has become a little too active for American Patriots’ comfort, not to mention a little too public for American enemies’ glee …
