Who knew that Hunter Biden had so many talents?
After all, one would presume that he has strong knowledge of energy in order to sit on Ukrainian company’s energy board, particularly with the massive monthly salary that he received. Then, of course Hunter is apparently some type of master negotiator and investor, given his suspicious holdings in rather opaque Chinese equity firms.
Then, after a rather entertaining public series of stripper baby mamas and admissions of smoking parmesan cheese, mistaking it for illicit narcotics, Hunter suddenly becomes the consummate artist. First, he releases a memoir, ironically titled Beautiful Things, and the speed in which he (i.e., his ghostwriter) wrote the book is remarkably impressive.
Now, just after the publication of his self-aggrandizing memoir, Mr. Hunter has apparently now turned into an incredibly influential artist. Per various media reports, Hunter is so in-demand that he can apparently command up to $500,000 per painting, or, in some cases, $1M+ per painting.
Needless to say, these types of prices represent an obscene amount of money for a non- (or con) artist who frankly insults truly talented artists who would never dream of such amounts.
Which is precisely why Hunter’s latest literally artistic endeavor has drawn quite a few raised eyebrows, including, rather ironically, from Obama’s Ethics Chief, Walter Shaub (yes, apparently Obama actually had an “Ethics Chief,” whatever that was supposed to translate into for his presidency).
“The notion of a president’s son capitalizing on that relationship by selling art at obviously inflated prices and keeping the public in the dark about who’s funneling money to him has a shameful and grifty feel to it …
Just as hotel charges and real estate purchases created a risk of unknown parties funneling money to the Trump family for potentially unsavory purposes, Hunter Biden’s grotesquely inflated art prices create a similar risk of influence-seekers funneling money to the Biden family.” [Source: Breitbart]
While Shaub’s dig at Trump is clearly unnecessary, he is absolutely spot on in his assessment of (yet another) one of Hunter’s shady business dealings.
Moreover, another seriously sketchy aspect of Hunter’s business dealings includes the fact that Hunter’s buyers apparently get to receive the gift of anonymity, so no one will even know who is brazenly buying influence through the sales of Hunter’s “art.”
Which is precisely why Shaub tore into Hunter for the absurdity of his art dealing, given how obviously easy it is to buy political influence simply by purchasing his art.
“But I also think it’s ridiculous that Hunter Biden is even going forward with this sale as a first-time artist … He can’t possibly think anyone is paying him based on the quality of the art …
This smells like an attempt to cash in on a family connection to the White House … At a minimum, the president should be asking his son not to go through with this auction.” [Source: Breitbart]
At minimum, the supposed president should have reigned in his son multiple years ago, given that this situation is hardly the first time that Hunter has been caught with his hands buried deeply in the corruption cookie har.
Oh, wait, that’s right: The supposed president was in on more than one of his son’s business dealings.
Peter Schweizer, who authored Secret Empires, observed that the Bidens mutually took part in a rather suspicious venture to China, which was predictably done while Biden was vice-president under the Obama administration, another liberal that just won’t go away.
“In China, [Hunter] travels with his father in December aboard Air Force Two. While his father is meeting with Chinese officials, Hunter Biden is doing we don’t know what. But the evidence becomes clear because ten days after they return to Washington, his small boutique investment firm, Rosemont Seneca, gets a $1 billion deal.” [Source: Breitbart]
And therein lies the bitter truth: Hunter is continuing the exact same terrible habits during his father’s bogus presidency that he did during his father’s bogus vice-presidency, except now he’s become even more brazen, as noted by Schweizer.
“Hunter Biden was repeatedly hired and given deals by foreign entities that he was clearly not qualified for in the hopes of getting favors from his father … It is not a stretch to believe that foreign entities will pay for or commission his works of art at inflated prices to do the same.”
Scary times …
