Well, at least someone in the Biden administration is finally getting some real questions, which is a refreshing change from the nonstop softball questions that Biden himself repeatedly receives.
Rather amazingly, Biden routinely flubs his answers to the press despite having the benefit of answering “pre-approved questions” only. Safe to say Trump never experienced such “privilege,” nor did he even need it, as Trump actually thinks for himself.
Regardless, none other than Ms. Kamala Harris has finally dealt with some real questions.
And boy, did she flounder.
During an interview with NBC’s Lester Holt, Kamala was repeatedly pressed on why she herself has not visited the border.
Kamala’s duplicitous, utterly stammering response?
“I – at some point – you know – we are going to the border. We’ve been to the border … So this whole – this whole – this whole thing about the border. We’ve been to the border. We’ve been to the border.” [Source: Fox News]
“You know?” “This whole … this whole?” Where does she think she is, on a Kardashian “reality” TV episode?
Admittedly, her “talents” are certainly more on par with the Kardashians than the upper echelons of the United States government, particularly with that joke of a response.
Fortunately, Mr. Holt didn’t let Kamala off blindly (as many fictional news media types like to do), and he pressed Kamala directly on we she herself has not been to the border.
Astonishingly, Kamala’s replies became even more gob-smacking.
“I – and I haven’t been to Europe. And I mean, I don’t – I don’t understand the point that you’re making … I’m not discounting the importance of the border.” [Source: Fox News]
First off, Ms. Kamala, the continuous absence of your presence at the border, also known as your insipid inaction, automatically “discounts” the importance of the border.
After all, talk is exceedingly cheap, especially from a lefty.
Second off, how does Ms. Kamala not “understand” the point the interviewer is making? It’s rather clear-cut and direct, and unless Ms. Kamala is as illiterate in the English language as all the illegals she’s encouraged to flood the country, there is no “misunderstanding.”
Not wanting to answer, apparently, is what constitutes “not understanding.”
Third off, Ms. Kamala, what on earth does Europe have to do with the crisis unfolding at the border? So you haven’t been to Europe! Boo hoo!
Neither have all the Americans that have been locked away in their homes for over a year, especially in states like California, where Ms. Kamala unsurprisingly hails from.
For context, a number of Republican representatives have visited the border, including Ted Cruz, who has served as a stalwart defense against the most militant of leftists (not to mention the most malicious Big Tech CEOs).
Humorously, the border crisis is so bad that various Biden sycophants attempted to block Cruz from filming the present crisis, so one can only imagine how bad it really must be.
What is even more hilarious is that the staffer told Cruz to “respect the rules,” apparently unaware of the massive irony in her statement, given that all the illegals in the video have broken quite a few “rules,” to put it rather mildly.
Regardless, Cruz has done far more than floundering Kamala, particularly since self-aggrandizing Queen cannot even deign to go there, in spite of theoretically being in charge of resolving the border crisis.
Apparently, Kamala thinks announcing “corruption” is the “root cause” of the border crisis constitutes actual problem resolution (hint: it doesn’t).
By the way, Kamala, whose corruption are you referring to? The governments of Central America?
Or your own?
Quite frankly, Kamala is arguably one of the most incompetent vice presidents in American history, to the extent she likely never would have even been considered had she been Caucasian.
And, lest the above commentary seems at all divorced from reality, it’s important to remember that Biden himself (or, perhaps ever-present, not-so-behind-the-scenes Obama himself) insisted on making race a serious consideration for his running mate.
Apparently, that requirement superseded everything else, particularly since Ms. Harris failed to attract any serious interest to her own epically failed presidential campaign.
Including even a modicum of intelligence and competence. Not to mention rather basic consistency, but that’s far too much to ask for from overly emotional Democrats, who wouldn’t know consistency if it smacked them in the face repeatedly.
