Since Mr. “Unity” Biden is apparently intent on pursuing impeachment against a private citizen in Florida, Trump has had no choice but to respond by assembling a legal team for his upcoming trial, which is sure to divide America even further than ever before.
Fortunately, given Trump’s prescience and intellect, he has chosen a few powerful attorneys to argue his case, including attorneys with extensive experience in various governmental affairs, both state and domestic.
One major lawyer for Team Trump included David Schoen, who has served in numerous highly publicized cases. For instance, he has been lauded for the changes he has brought about the major public institutions, including jails, prisons, and public education, along with indigent defense and foster care.
Schoen is honored to represent Trump against the swamp, as indicated in an excerpt from a press release below:
“Schoen has already been working with the 45th President and other advisors to prepare for the upcoming trial, and both Schoen and Castor agree that this impeachment is unconstitutional – a fact 45 Senators voted in agreement with last week.” [Source: NewsMax]
Schoen himself also publicly acknowledged the privilege, stating, “it is an honor to represent the 45th President, Donald J. Trump, and the United States Constitution.”
It is also not only an honor, but it is completely refreshing news to Trump supporters who are all but demonized as “domestic terrorists” in the fake news media.
Another attorney, Bruce L. Castor, Jr., also successful navigated various cases as the former district attorney of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, as well as the acting attorney general of Pennsylvania.
Curiously, Pennsylvania happens to be the site of where the greatest fraud is suspected, especially after GOP poll watchers were made to stand more than 100 feet away to “observe” the ballots being counted. Not exactly optimal observation conditions, though they were at least overturned by a judge.
Nonetheless, Castor is eager to defend Trump, noting that this case extends beyond impeachment and into protection of the Constitution itself, which is presently under fierce attack from the Democrats.
“I consider it a privilege to represent the 45th President … The strength of our Constitution is about to be tested like never before in our history. It is strong and resilient. A document written for the ages, and it will triumph over partisanship yet again, and always.” [Source: NewsMax]
Sadly, while Mr. Castor is correct about the Constitution being tested, it could also be argued that, in many ways, the Constitution is already being tested like never before, particularly under the reign of Biden and his fellow comrades.
After all, freedom of the press and freedom of speech have all but evaporated under the fake news media and anti-liberty big tech giants, respectively, with too many different suppressions to count. However, the effective gag order on the Hunter Biden story, just before the 2020 election, surely will be remembered as one of the most egregious suppressions of information.
Furthermore, the Democrats really are engaging in an exercise of utter futility (hey, to be fair, least it isn’t engaging in coordinated violence this time, a la BLM and Antifa over the summer … and now). Most Republicans, barring the obvious exceptions like Romney, are going to vote against this total sham of an impeachment.
Meanwhile, American households continue to face an ongoing assault from the Biden administration, from transgender “bathroom rights” in schools to illegal criminals’ “rights” to be within the United States border, and receive rich tax benefits from soulless leftists who openly bribe their constituents for votes.
On top of that, Biden’s “advisors” apparently believe Americans are indifferent to reconciliation between the Democrats and the Republicans, which may or may not be a bizarre attempt to “justify” impeachment.
Per Jared Bernstein, who occupies a position on Biden’s Council of Economic Advisers,” Americans are presumably indifferent to compromise.
“Look, the American people really couldn’t care less about budget process, whether it’s regular order, bipartisanship, whether it’s filibuster, whether it’s reconciliation.”
Speak for yourself, Bernstein. Most Americans actually care very much about whether or not the Democrats are intent on further dividing the nation, which will surely occur without the reconciliation process.
Moreover, if the Democrats are so determined to avoid unity of any kind, then maybe next time they’re run on a more honest campaign progress: Make America Divided Again.
Fortunately, the upside to Trump’s impending trial is that his acquittal will mean a real possibility of MAGA 2024.
It cannot come soon enough …
