A recently released poll has provided further confirmation that GOP supporters wish for Donald J. Trump to make another run for the White House in 2024. The poll, which was conducted by Quinnipiac, surveyed various adults and determined that 66 percent of respondents want Trump to run again in the next presidential election.
In addition, the poll results also revealed that 85 percent of GOP supporters wish for candidates who are mostly in agreement with Trump on key campaign issues. These results come while Trump is presently promoting “America First” candidates for the 2022 midterm elections while simultaneously working towards removing Republican legislators who chose to side with the Democrat party during his second impeachment trial.

On the media’s part, recent analysis of mainstream outlets that focus on American politics illustrated that these networks continue to focus primarily on Trump.
Per the Pew Research Center, a minimum of 40 percent of media reports regarding the Biden administration typically make a reference to Trump, and these references continue in spite of the fact that Trump has now been out of the Oval Office for a period of 127 days.
These references occur even during reports that do not have a discernible relation to Trump; for instance, when the media discusses Biden’s proposed spending package, Trump is still referenced in at least 30 percent of the reports.
Various analysts remark that the name “Trump” is primarily used to attract larger audiences, as the legacy media has been suffering from continuously dwindling revenues.
