Once again, Trump has taken an unequivocal stand for Americans.
A concept that is apparently far too challenging for the elitists cavorting at Obama’s mask-less bash in Martha’s Vineyard. Arriving in non-environmentally friendly private jets, no less.
Trump, however, tends to eschew such elitism in favor of truly representing Americans, which is clear from his recent, heartfelt call with the family of Ashli Babbitt, who was murdered by Capitol Hill police on January 6.
“I spoke to the wonderful mother and devoted husband of Ashli Babbitt, who was murdered at the hands of someone who should never have pulled the trigger of his gun. We know who he is …
If that happened to the ‘other side,’ there would be riots all over America and yet, there are far more people represented by Ashli, who truly loved America, than there are on the other side. The Radical Left haters cannot be allowed to get away with this. There must be justice!” [Source: The Washington Examiner]
The Biden admin, on the other hand, had a rather callous response to Ashli, as evidenced by not only bothering to identify the police officer involved (quite the contrast with BLM), but also not even bothering to have a real investigation of any kind.
In April, Biden’s Department of “Justice” declined to press charges, claiming that “there is insufficient evidence to support a criminal prosecution.”
Says the leftist administration that still likes to punish police and obliquely encourage violence against the police, even when more than “sufficient” information exists that the criminals were ultimately at fault.
Speaking of which, just to give a taste of the total madness that has overtaken the Democrat Party, consider the absurd commentary from Devin Hogan, who chairs the inexplicably named Minneapolis Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party (DFL).
Because Democrats have proven to be so passionate about labor of any kind.
And they’ve proven to be even less passionate about basic accountability, as evidenced by Mr. Hogan’s horrific op-ed.
“Like it or not, setting the Third Precinct on fire was a genuine revolutionary moment. An act of pure righteousness to open new worlds of understanding. The people declared themselves ungovernable and unilaterally took their power back. The largest international human rights movement in modern history had begun. The youth of Minneapolis carried all of this. The cops started it …
The call from the streets was genuine liberation, truly and finally. The work continues until that day comes … Eyes on the prize. Remember the demand of the streets. The blood and treasure spent. This is our job. Minneapolis must answer the call. For real this time. For real for real. Do it for the kids.” [Source: Fox News]
These statements are so dangerous and inflammatory it’s hard to know which is worse.
First off, adopting terrorist tactics constitutes “an act of pure righteousness?” Is he kidding? Only a Democrat can equate terrorism with “righteousness.” Non-representative Ilhan Omar is a sterling example of that one.
The reference to “international human rights” is also another joke, and one of the many ways that the phrase “human rights” has been hijacked by authoritarians.
Kind of like terrorist gangs in other regions of the world that ironically refer to themselves as “freedom fighters.” The same kind Ilhan Omar openly supports.
Secondly, “the demand of the streets?” Ok then. That’s surely the path towards peace and prosperity, other words that are totally empty whenever a lefty is yakking away.
And, perhaps the most infantile statement of all is “the cops started it.”
What are they, five years old? Then again, given the Marxist indoctrination centers that constitute “education” in the United States today, it’s no surprise Democrats have developed rather abysmal critical thinking skills.
The only “upside” to such asinine commentary is the fact that Mr. Hogan has merely proven Trump right, again.
Frankly, the Democrats routinely validate Trump with their own words and behavior, which would be hilarious if the implications for Americans weren’t so dangerous.
In sharp contrast to the America-hating Democrats, Trump clearly loves individual Americans, and he is willing to go to bat for them publicly.
“People are being treated unbelievably unfairly, when you look at people in prison, and nothing happens to antifa, and they burn down cities and killed people … There were no guns in the Capitol … except for the gun that shot Ashli Babbitt …
If that were the opposite way, that man would be all over — he would be the most well-known — and I believe I can say ‘man’ because I believe I know exactly who it is — but he would be the most well-known person in this country, in the world.” [Source: The Washington Examiner]
Absolutely correct. Not to mention absolutely consistent.
No wonder more and more rumblings about Trump 2024 have been continuously increasing …
